Become a conservation volunteer with your local Wildlife Trust! Fundraise for the John Muir Trust and support others to do their own John Muir Awards.
What you do:
There are four key challenges:

Discover – identify a wild place that interests you

Explore – visit at different times, take time to observe the area, learn about the natural features

Conserve – support your wild place e.g. by volunteering, campaigning etc.

Share – tell others about what you have done and learned e.g. keep a blog, create an artwork, lead a guided walk
There are three award levels with different levels of time commitment.

This Award gives you the chance to get outdoors and improve the local natural environment. The Award is open to many different activities – you can be as creative and ambitious as you like!
