There are many leadership roles in Guides - you can become an Advocate and represent girls’ voices to MPs or become a member of Girlguiding’s British Youth Council delegation!
What you do:
Guides take part in lots of different activities - from 14+ there is a big emphasis on leadership as girls are encouraged to become Peer Educators, cultivate new skills and personal interests while working towards a range of leadership awards and qualifications. The Queen’s Guide Award is the highest award and consists of:

Why do it:
Guides is a fantastic way to develop a whole host of key life skills that will impress employers and universities. In addition to the Queen’s Guide Award, there are awards available in leadership, boating, catering, music etc! You can also do the DofE.
